Walker will miss two more games and the England international and Manchester City defender Kyle Walker
will miss out for three Champions League matches after the club lost an appeal against the length of his ban.
Walker was sent off for a kick tackle on Andre Silva in City’s lost to the German side RB Leipzig in the
Champions League group stage in December.
Uefa punished the foul to be assault which resulted in a three games banned instead of the automatic one match
suspension for a red card.
Walker has already missed one game.
He has already missed one game for City against Sporting Lisbon in the first leg of the last 16
round tie in Portugal.
The 31 year old will also miss the return leg in Manchester on Wednesday, 9 March and likely quarter-final in the
first leg in April.
